Training for Seniors

Over 55? Unemployed? Struggling Financially?

The SCSEP Program may be for you!

This program provides job training for seniors 55+ that are unemployed and with 125% of the poverty level. It allows seniors to train 20‐hour per week at non‐profit or government organization in their home county. Helps the participant to build resumes and learn job skills with the goal of finding permanent employment. Available in Ballard, Calloway, Fulton, Graves, McCracken and Marshall Counties.

This project is funded, in part, under contract with Purchase Area Development District, the Kentucky Cabinet for Health and Family Services, Department for Aging and Independent Living with funds from the Administration of Aging of the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services.
