Spotlighting Our Community Partner: West Kentucky Rural Electric Cooperative Corporation

Apr 1, 2026Community Partnerships

Great things happen when organizations work together toward a shared goal โ€” and the partnership between West Kentucky Allied Services and West Kentucky Rural Electric Cooperative Corporation (WKRECC) is a perfect example of that.

Through this collaboration, the two organizations have been working side by side to help eligible households across Western Kentucky with electric bill assistance. Because no one should have to choose between keeping the lights on and putting food on the table.

WKRECC has been a trusted provider in this region for years, serving local homes and businesses with reliability and care. Together with West Kentucky Allied Services, that reach extends even further โ€” helping prevent utility disconnections and offering real support to seniors, families, and individuals when they need it most.

This is what community partnership looks like. Not just two organizations checking boxes, but neighbors genuinely helping neighbors and creating meaningful change right here at home.

If you or someone you know is struggling with energy costs, don’t wait until it becomes a crisis. West Kentucky Allied Services is here to help.
