Success Story from Graves County: Keeping Families Warm

Feb 14, 2025Success Stories

Last Thursday, just before the snowstorm, a mother came to us in urgent need of propane. She had completely run out, and her propane company couldn’t deliver for a few days. With two young daughters at home, she had to send them to stay with their grandparents because the house had no heat.

We quickly processed her application and covered 200 gallons of propane for her. While waiting on the delivery, we reached out to the community for donated space heaters—and the response was incredible! Thanks to generous community members, she received three space heaters and additional support for essentials.

She was overwhelmed with gratitude, and the best part? Her babies were able to come home to a warm house. 💙

This is why we do what we do—helping families stay safe, warm, and together.
